Get visitor's email address automatically

I need to get EVERY visitor's email address when they come to my web site the first time. Now I have a snippet of JavaScript to do so, but it need the visitor to confirm. How can I do it SILENTLY? When I run the program you provide, I can specify an email address to receive the visitor's 'email address, name, and subject'. After I click a 'generate' button, the program can out put a piece of JavaScript code to be copied to my web page.
