Dynamic Christian Flash Games Website with user registerations and membership fees

I've already created the design of the entire website and every page, basically I just need someone to make it dynamic, set up the database (though I have a database document already regarding what the database will contain), make the site allow people to register by purchasing a monthly or yearly membership using PayPal payments, helping me to get the flash games to to submit high scores to the database and other information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The site can be developed in either PHP in as ASP pages (but with this approach the coding would have to be C#); the server is a windows server

2. Being a Christian isn't necessary but is a plus

3. Being a gamer or familiar with games is a huge plus

4. MUST have great english and have good communications, I'd want to be able to communicate with you on MSN messenger atleast 5 days a week

5. Should also be familiar with Flash and skill enough to help me to get scores to submit to the database from the flash games (and to retrieve/submit other data)

Here's more thorough information about the site:

To allow people to sign up to the site with a small membership fee (with a PayPal payment) where they can play Christian Flash Games. Games will store high scores to a high scores table where each game would display all the top scores for a specific game.

There will also be a fun “currency” which can be earned from playing games. The currency would be universal between multiple games which means it can be earned in some games and can be spent in either the same game it was earned in or spent in another game that has a ‘currency’. Currency would also have other purposes in the future and other ways for it to be spent.

Each game will have ‘Awards’ that can be earned from achieving certain requirements in the games. Games will either have a potential 5 awards, 10 awards, or 20 (depending on the size of the game). Awards could be earned in different ways, in example, defeating a game, earning a certain score, finding a hidden object in the game, etc. Each award would have a different graphic and users would be able to go to another user’s profile to view their Award count and to view their Awards.

Some games will allow the user to save their progress and continue it later. In some of the games which you can save your progress in, you have also be able to save the items/equipment/stats that you earned in that game so that when you resume the game later, you’ll not only be at the same spot you were in, but you’d have the same stuff.

Note: Anytime someone’s user name is displayed, if their username is clicked, their profile is brought up. Likewise, anytime the name of a game is clicked, it will take them to the page which contains it.

Note 2: Play Count stands for the times a game is played. However, a play count is only counted once per a day per a user. So if a user plays a game hundreds of times in a day, it only counts as 1 play count.

Note 3: All of the pages listed I will design; you will basically just be in charge of coding them to make them dynamic and setting up the database to work with the pages.

Note 4: The coding and pages of the site will have detailed notes and comments in them so that any coder can go into the code and understand what’s going on.

Examples of your work is a huge plus, if you can persuade me that you have the skills to do this properly, can do it within 15 days, and have a reasonable offer, than you're gauranteed the position.

LAST NOTE: You do not have to make the games, I'm the one who makes the actual games.
