1) Pay by the lead to affiliates 2) Flexibilty to pay an affiliate by Categories 3) Flexibility to pay afilliates different commision in different categories , different products and also at different teir structure 4) Move the Menu Items then classify it as A) Reports B) Payout & Commision C) Stay in touch D) Settings E) Tools Then menus must be moved in the Admin section as well as the Affiliate section 5) Ability to upload Banners and Links and Text adds and then be able to track the number of clicks each marketing materail has had and the total number of sales done by each banner or text links also the ability to capture the source from which websites it came from if it was done by a search engine then it should be able to capture the key words too The sources could be a website or an email or search engines 6) Add/Edit Promotions where our Section will be Motivate Section and Stay In touch will be a different section in Add/Edit Promotions you can boost your sales people for special incintives or sales quota to be done on a monthly basis being able to set up different commsion strucutres for a certain promtional campaign it could be based on Time frame or based on the Nature of campaign like an email campaign so we should have the flexibility to pay our affiliates either on a flat fee basis or one time payout or percentage based on time frame basis time frame could be for a week a mont a year or life time I would like to have all these 6 features done not more than 10 days
