99929 V. simple PHP code addition

The attached code restricts access unless both Staff and Data_View are true.

I want to allow access to user_id 4386 ONLY and user 4386 is not Staff and does not have Data_View access.

I imagine it is just going to be a couple of lines of code which I'm sure I could master, if I had the time.

There will be NO FTP and NO SSH.

You must send me the files for me to upload myself.
