This is what I need:
The url will look like this:

The webpage will be a text box + submission button.

If there is a ?custom%20hop= in the URL, it should show:
[yourid] (this is the text box)
[submit button]
"custom hop is yourid"
================================================
If there is NO ?custom%20hop= in the URL, it should show:
[enteryourid] (this is the text box)
[submit button]
"custom hop is enteryourid"
================================================
The submit button:
If you enter any text in the submit button (regardless if there is a ?custom%20hop= in the URL or not) it should whatever is in the text box.
for example:
[testtesttest] (this is the text box)
[submit button]
"custom hop is testtesttest"
