82417 Newsletter & semi-membership

I need a reliable (bug free) newsletter script with documentation for installation. USER INTERFACE The user will input their name, email address, mailing address (three fields town, state, and zip code), and telephone number into an online form. Some fields will be required in order to join the mailing list, ie: email, name, address. Also there needs to be email validation. ADMINISTARTION AREA Password protected The ability to unsubscribe members. An export feature of the mailing list as a .txt file. An area to compose the newsletter, fields for the subject and body of the newsletter. Ability to add users manually through the admin. It’s ok if you know of an existing script that you can modify to my requirements. Please give me suggestions to make the better script. If you have any question just post them on the message board. Good work means future work. I need this done within 5 days. Thanks
