Convert Photoshop Actions into Photoshop Element Actions -- 2

Hi, I'm looking to connect with someone who is very familiar with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements ACTIONS. I'm hoping to do any/all of the following types of tasks:
- Take Photoshop Action and make a similar action that works in Photoshop Elements
- Take Photoshop Action and recreate it with less steps (if possible) to achieve the same effect
- Take Photoshop Action and make minor adjustments to the steps (alter color overlay, rename layers, etc) so that it is at least slightly unique from the original
- Ensure that Photoshop Action is compatible with all of the latest versions... CS3, CS4, CS5, CS6, etc (open for suggestions)
I'm basically hoping to work with someone who is comfortable editing actions and recreating them efficiently. If you are familiar with photo editing this will also be of benefit as perhaps you can help make suggestions along the way.
