We need expert editing of 500 portrait photos. What is required is expert ability in cleaning up skin issues of all sorts. Creative shading. B/W conversion. Colour correction. We need very stable and reliable persons for this job.
Here we submit a before and after picture done inhouse.
We need to receive edits uncropped in full PSD file, that means unflattened layered files, where all edit layers are placed in a group, the buttom layer should be a copy of the background layer where the skin has been edited for wounds etc.
Please demonstrate to us that you can edit to our needs by submitting a PSD file of the left side of our test file per above instructions.
If you can't make a PSD file of the left side matching the right, you're not the man for the job, if you can... we would really like to hear from you a.s.a.p!
