About 3 years ago you did an OpenCart job for one of my clients irelandstoves.ie.
Customer now wants an extra page on which maps of Irish counties can be placed and a tooltip can pop up when hovered to reveal list of customers from that county (if you look at [url removed, login to view] you will see the idea (but this is a wordpress site so not applicable to the OpenCart needs).
I can upload county images and customer wanst to be able to enter and edit the address details himself easily from time to time.
Can this be done and how much would you charge to set up?
