Google Analytics api help needed - should be really quick

For someone who knows how to use the Google Analytics api with C# and .Net, this is a really easy quick win project.

I have a project that I am running, which I thought worked previously, then it started to not work intermittently, and now it won't work at all.

I have no idea what is wrong but I am a bit of a novice with Google Analytics - I am pretty sure an expert could fix this in less than an hour with a Skype share my screen session or similar.

Just so you have some background..

My query looks like this: {[url removed, login to view]:34878394&metrics=ga:visits&start-date=2012-01-01}

My asv object has the correct email address and password in the UserName and Password under NetworkCredentials

The serviceIdentifier is set to "analytics"

The applicationName is set to an application name that is (as far as I can tell) set up correctly at

but I am getting this error in the response string:

usageLimitsuserRateLimitExceededUnregUser Rate Limit Exceeded. Please sign up[url removed, login to view]

I may be wrong but I think it was working previously with the exact code I am using (however it is possible I changed something in the code and forgot)
