Signature on survey - capture and save pic into db

I need solution for capture user's signature on android/ios touch devices. I am not looking for dedicated application.
Idea is to setup site (done in Joomla in plus) where user fills one or two input boxes, add signature (on computer with mouse, on touch device with finger) and submit it.

Need to be embeded into joomla, must save data to mysql database (picture of signaure), must work on Android and ipad web browsers.
