13 cards Rummy game with 4 or 6 users only

I need an Android app with full source code of Rummy Game.

I would like it designed and built.

It is a 13 card rummy game with only 4 or 6 users on public table.

It should look like what we see in Octro Rummy game, but with only public tables.

There will no any private tables, variations, tournaments, facebook logins, invite friends. Only play in public tables.

Only those who have experience in such card games should apply. I want to see your work before giving you the project. Full payment will be made to your account after completing the project and giving the source code.

If you have already deveoped such game and can edit the source code and add some functionality, then also i dont have any issue, but in that case, no one should clame any thing on the source code that you deliver.

More details regarding the project like the flow, the point system, the admin access will be given in detail on request.

Want this project to be done as early as possible within 1.5 (one and half) months
