Base Android/iOS App

Looking for a person to write an Android/iOS app for me. Bonus points for having it work on PC/Mac/Linux as well. Al from the same codebase.
To start: an Android app. You will write a basic app, and provide the APK. I will be sideloading the APKs onto my device for testing by me. You will also need to provide source code. You will be paid beforehand.
I welcome any suggestions you have about UI design.
This basic app will have:
- a menu/navigation in the top left corner with 5 options
- Setup:
- "DN", with the options 1 through 9. Could be a drop down or another type of UI.
- "DI", as a number field from 1 to 100. Could be a drop down or another type of UI.
- "LOS", a field of 1 through 20, and the words "A", and "B".
- "LTG", a field of 1 through 20, and the words "A", and "B".
- "3mw" which is a toggle switch.
- "Q" has options 1, 2, 3, 4.
- "LPOQ" is a toggle switch.
- Field: a PNG file of a graphic. I will send you the graphic. It must respond to touches and display a context menu, which will be sent later.
- PBP: a tree view of information entered from the Field view. Example to come.
- Contact: a Contact us webpage. Allow for fields: text field: "Name", email field: "Email address", number field: "Phone Number", text body: "Message", checkbox: "Send me a copy". The message will be emailed to an address that I specify later.
- About: a paragraph about me and picture of me (I will provide these two pieces of information)
This is one step in a longer journey. You need to be able to do other jobs too.
