Hi everybody,

We are a company based in Turkey.

I need a mobile software (Android & IoS) to can make calls from software to landlines and mobile phones.

Users should be able to buy credits.

I should be able to arrange the prices of calls for each carrier and country per minute or/and can give time packages like 30min to x country or etc.

I may have almost 100k users for this app.

I know that I need to pay for each call but don't know the technical background.

My aim of this project is to make an app and allow my users to make paid calls and earn money from each call they make.

What I exactly need is an app like Viber and I must have a total control on billing users.
