I need to cast a video located in a folder in the android device and also the microphone sound to the tv using chromecast, all at the same time.

The local video have it own audio too, so there will 2 audios and the video image.

My budget is USD 300

Payments will be in milestones.

In every milestone I will require the source code, it need to be written in java, preferentially in android studio.
