Mobile Application to connect to Social Network

Hi guys,

I need a simple, light application (actually an API or UI) to let me access my Local social network account through GPRS, Wi-Fi.

1) It should support Right-To-Left writing (i.e. Arabic ) Unicode text view and input for reading and sending comments, Emails etc.

2) works for Symbian

There are lots of APIs for Face Book etc. so may be you can customize one for me?
