We need a mobile application with the following characteristics:
-First screen: Name of the app with logo
-Second screen: Map of City with highlighted neighborhoods
-Third screen:Map of neighborhood with list of points of interest (POIs), user can click on any of the POI and application with call any third party map/navigation API (google, waze, scout, osm) to navigate to the desired place. User can click more than one POI and the application should have intelligence to make the selected POIs as stop points in the route requested to the map navigation API.*
-Fourth screen: Map showing the route summary chosen with ETA between them
*It's possible to have a more simple design without requesting the navigation API to calculate the routes and just drawing a predefined route between the POIs selected by the user.
Other features required:
-Connect through Facebook, Twitter or e-mail to share the route
-Add a list of POIs whishlist
-Each POI has it's own page with a picture, a link and a description of the place
-Since the amount of POIs required is minimal (just the touristic places of a city) the content for the screns describing the POIs should be kept locally, so there's no need to call for resources dynamically to an app server.
-No need to register users or log on screens.

The application consists of a native Android application that provides travel information to users. The application content is composed of a fixed and pre-defined list of 100 points of interest (POIs) within a City. The application should provide the means to the end user to select any POI, see detailed information about it, map its location and trace a route to a selected POI or to a group of different POIs in the same route.
The purpose of the application is to allow picking any POI or set of POIs and create a custom list of POIs that the user desires to visit during a period of one day based on the user’s preferences, time availability and the region of the city where the POIs are, and display a route of the desired POIs and the time required to visit the selected one(s). For this purpose the application should leverage the services provided by the Google Maps API.
The application does not need to search for POIs that are not included in the pre-defined list, nor does it need to geocode or reverse geocode any POI from the map. The system does not need to push any updates to the POIs details or to the POI list itself. The system does not need to provide address search capabilities or POI search capabilities for any POI that is not in the list.
The amount of POIs is not planned to be modified, the descriptions, pictures and coordinates of the places and the pictures for each POI will be provided beforehand as well as the UI and graphic elements which are already designed. It's up to the developer to decide if the properties files with the pictures of each POI should be kept locally in the the application apk or on the server side and load them at startup.
