iOS and Android App for Infographics project

What is it about…??

Creating infographics/ collage from a collection of images which are stored partly in users’ devices and cloud and share it on Facebook or twitter or forum post or save it on devices for later use

The infographics will be saved as the largest image possible to share on facebook and twitter..

Note:

All description given here, including the pictures, is an example of the app, for illustrative purpose only.

All names, titles, images etc will be changed later

The app should be coded in a manner that supports these changes easily… a lot of addition and deletion of images will take place

How…??

There will be thousands of images/items stored in a database which can be accessible by the users.

Two versions of the app: Free version user will have limited access and premium users will be given all access

There will be thousands of images broadly classified under 4 main categories:

Category 1

Category 2

Category 3

Category 4

These images will be added or deleted from the back-end as we progress. App users will be given the option to request for addition of their favorite items through a form submission when they can’t find their needs in the existing database

The above four categories will be arranged in the form of drag-able blocks by the app users and make the infographics

All images will be drag-able and can be rearranged by the users but they should be easily aligned

The above description is a short brief... I need both iOS and Android app... I am also open to using game engines like Cocos or Unity to develop this app, if the developer feels that will be more appropriate. This will be graphics intensive with lots of images accessed to construct an infographic canvas.

Developers should educate me on the best options to use cloud service for storing the images... As mentioned earlier, the images will keep on adding and deleting in the database based on app users recommendation.

Developers are expected to fix bugs and provide support post-launch of the app. If not all the time... Bug fixing will be considered as a part of this work... This will be a long term engagement in that the app will continue to evolve.. If i am happy with the work, we will come back to you for all other engagement.

The exact names of the category, title, model etc will not be revealed now.. it will only be revealed once we are at the final stage of launching for confidentiality purpose. Addition of category, images, etc etc should be easily doable from the backend
