Android Application with Custom Controls

Hi i need to create an android application with below functionalities.

1> Left Slide Menu, Smooth slide with touch and should support 2.3.3 android framework.

2> Custom ListView Control

a> Custom Design

b> Consistently and smoothly updates by taking values from the server.

c> Slide & Elastic Effect on ListView Control.
