Minecraft Java Fabric 1.18 combat mod -- 2

Hello,

I am looking for a programmer who is willing and has the ability to create the mod I am requesting.

Version: 1.18.1

Loader: Fabric

Description:

Part 1: Allows you to customize the way your PvP functions by allowing you to customize your tools, essentially allowing you to craft any combination of pvp version you like, and adds a few things.

Part 2: Allows you to upgrade your tools and armor through a different method other than enchantments.

Part 3: Changes some small details ("enchantment cost" on anvil is now labeled as "experience cost", "healing potion" is now changed to "medicine" ect...) and adds a new brewing system.

I had actually posted this very same project a few weeks ago. This was the first thing I posted on freelancer.com, and as such I made a huge mistake. I was originally going to pay $250 for this project. I released half of the funds to the person I hired before I had any project. It was my mistake and I should have done my research. Well, it turned out to be a scam and I lost $125. As such, I only have $125 to offer now. That is it. I do not have any more.
