Command board - need help with listboxes and sharing data between forms and reports
1) One of the two forms that open upon opening MSACCESS is a form called Accountability. I am able to drag my firefighters name around between all the boxes and while doing that I have note automatically left in a table. I am looking to limit two listboxes on the accountibility form to one name only (Incident Commander and Scribe).
After that,
2) I would like the names that are in those boxes to appear on my reports. I currently have that working on one of the pages that automatically open but not sure how to make the value of a listbox appear on a report.
Then, lastly,
3) On my database I have a form called [login to view URL] each firefighter that arrives on scene we can go into the form and check off their names with a radio button. Is there any way that if you move a firefighters name on the accountability form the radio button on that attendance form updates itself automatically so our members don't have to worry about opening up the attendance form.
