Matlab signal conditioning

Conduct experiment/s including:
• Make or run any necessary data acquisition programs (with either
LabVIEW or MATLAB/Simulink) using sensors/ transducers/ transmitters
and data acquisition devices in Control Lab;
• Determine the sampling frequencies (rates) and number of runs;
• Collect sets of data.
Analyse the obtained sets of data including:
• Signal conditioning algorithms to obtain the physical variables;
• Examine the effects of sampling frequencies (rates) and the aliasing if it
happens;
• Determine if any of the experiments should be repeated, explaining why; • Determine which instrument could be replaced resulting in a decrease in
uncertainty for the results;
• Specify a replacement model for the instrument determined in the above
steps;
• Presenting data in meaningful ways in both time domain and frequency
domain if applicable.
