You will be working online with a dynamic and young e-commerce team which is based in Dubai, UAE. In the future it is possible to relocate to Dubai.
Job Description
1) Sales operation via whatsapp/Facebook and other messengers. Working only with incoming leads.
2) Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to purchase from us
3) Develop a cordial professional rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Grow and retain existing clients by presenting new products.
4) Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
5) Monitor customer acquisition, preferences and make a weekly report to the manager.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in e-commerce
Bachelor’s sales, marketing or communications and/or related fields or equivalent.
Knowledge of different revenue models, sales skills
Strong networking and persuasion skills.
Good English,Hindi and Urdu
