Magento website CMS home page and Admin configuration

My previous host let me down, as a consequence Cpanel access was impossible, I got new host services and tried to migrate my website thru FTP. This salvage operation got my old website back, the DB was huge 3.5 GB because it was a multi site Admin. Something went wrong in the transfer and my home page does not load a CMS page and says not configured, I need someone to find that page on the DB and restore it as well as checking website functions properly. Perhaps using FTP tried to download again and configure properly, I downloaded the entire website when it was working a few days ago using the software backstreet browser and have a copy, perhaps can be used to rebuild missing parts of the website. Another thing which concerns me is that as it is I have no Admin and that needs to be configured too.
