I would like the manual to be set up in a way that you can also hang it up on the wall. And to keep it as precise and concrete as possible.
So keeping that in mind here is what I think would be crucial for, let's call it your 'extended visual identity guideline'. that would be set up in a similar way to your logo guideline:
1. Trademark Colors: Usage / Hierarchy / Uses
2. Print Typefaces: Pairings / Usage / Hierarchy
3. Digital Typefaces: Pairings / Usage / Hierarchy
4. Trademark Elements/Icons: Trademark Shapes / Icons / Lines / Dots / Arrows / Horizontal and vertical text separators /
5. Effects: Rules regarding shadows, reflections and other effects that could/shouldn't be applied to graphic and text elements.
6. Backgrounds: Selection of three core plain and textured backgrounds and rules on when, how and where to use them. (maybe an adaptation of some backgrounds found on [url removed, login to view])
Please provide some brand manual references related to the inspiration brands described in the Experiance brand fact.
