Graphic design for iPhone App Icon(repost)

I have a modeling picture of a girl sitting on a speaker in front of a white background that i need cropped (so that its only her and the speaker, no white)... i then need it touched up so in terms of color and shadowing that it resemble the other icons in this theme (i attached some examples of the theme icons) .

i need it in jpg and png files. the final result should be an image that i can use as an icon on my phone that wont show any white in the background (anything other than the girl and the speaker need to be transparent)
