We need to have a telegram and whatsup gateway to talk with our application. We have a trouble ticket app already in place and need to integrate to Whatsup and Telegram app. Our idea is develop a gateway between our app and these 2 apps. The person need's to understand about telegram and whatsup APIs and Perl (which is our platform). We don't want to have a systems gambit, just focus on PERL, LINUX and the GATEWAY. Payment done after conclusion and probably by Bitcoin.
