articles posted on joomla site

I have 54 articles that need to be posted to my joomla website. I need them cut and pasted into the Joomla content page. Then I need you to optimize the keywords and description according to a quick Google Keyword Tool search about the category. Clean up any formatting on the page to make the article look nice. Add a 1 open source picture per article. Make sure it is keyword optimized, with the proper file extension. Then once content page is correctly built and optimized set the publishing date. I want one new article to appear every two days. So you have 54 article that should be published to the site spaced 2 days apart.

Finally create a new menu item for all the Joomla articles that you are building at the footer of my site that appears on all pages. You can see example since i have already started it. You need to make sure the menu link appears the same day the article gets published so you should set their publishing dates for the same time.

Finally send me a xcel spreadsheet of the link to the article what day it will be published and what keywords they were targeted for as well as how much global exact traffic those keywords recieve according to google.

Finally, their are about 70 articles already published on the site. They are all about different dog breeds. I need each one of these articles to have one image of each dog added to the article in a nice format. Preferably in text somewhere. Make sure the image file name and description is keyword optimized.

I need all this accomplished in the next week.
