Japan Yahoo Auction AutoBidding API

Hello All,

We are a saling company based in Japan and Russia. We offer our customers to use our web-site to buy goods from Japan (Yahoo Auction, Rakuten and Yahoo Shoping). We have a website that connects to Yahoo Auction in Japan ([login to view URL]) when it comes to bidding, meaning that the end user does not have to create their account and bid on their own on the auction site. And in doing so, we need an AutoBidding API to be built and are looking for someone to take the job.

In-scope:

1. An AutoBidding API that enables end users to bid on [login to view URL] through another "nominee" website.

2. The API must be able to switch between different Yahoo Auction accounts in the case where more than one user bids on the same item.

Out-of-Scope:

1. Web API that retrieves details from [login to view URL]
