Application was working perfectly and then just stopped uploading an xml file correctly which means the system is not working.
upload Bid ask Prices is where the xml file gets uploaded and its uploading all zeros.
one other thing. theres a link for spot indices and for some reason when they input them in Ireland they are ok but in Italy the input with a comma instead of a decimal place and thats the only thing we can think of that is causing an issue in Itay
the last link on the left hand side is not being used at all.
the three steps are
1. Upload Bid Ask Prices which is the xml file
2. Spot Indices
3. These then generate Bid Ask Prices.
Need Immediate solution.
