Java Assignment 14

The purpose of this assignment is to use Swing components to create a Java application with simple graphical user interface and event handling. The application will consist of three classes. The PayBillGUI will contain the code for the graphical user interface and the event handling. The PayBillApplication will contain the main method and will be the starting point for the application. The InvalidAmountException will be a custom exception class as explained below. The application will enable the user to enter the amount of a bill, a tax rate, a percentage for a tip and then calculate the total amount owed.
