Project Description:
Need an iPhone app that ties into our website. We currently have an APP called sGUARD lt (in the app store)

We have the code file for this and want to EXPAND on it to include:
- Daily Occurence Report
Date/Time/Name/ShiftDate/Shift Begin/Shift End/Location fields
with Log Entry ability (Date (field) /Time (field) /Details (textbox)) and the ability to add/edit/remove the logs
- Incident Report - (incident details)

Shift Details
ShiftDate/Begins/Ends/Location/
Date of Occurence/Time/Type of Occurence(List)/Place of Incident(text)/How Many Witnesses(Number)/Statement Attached (Yes/No)/Police Occurence # (text)/Police Constable Name (text)/Detials (textarea)
- Timesheet (start shift / end shift buttons)
When click on start, shift starts. When click on shift end, it ends, calculates total and acts as a punch clock/timecard.
Reports
- Ability to show/print reports (either the incident reports / daily occurence report OR timesheet)
Patrol Distress
- Ability to send emergency SMS to supervisor (need screen to activate/de-activate add supervisor name/phone#)
Ability to Sign Up (username/email, password, name, phone) / Login and inputs data or grabs data from our mySQL database on our server at [login to view URL]
Ability to have a FREE version (14 day archive of reports and data on Mobile (stays on the server either way) only ability to access up to 14 days old
Paid Version - 0.99, unlimited archive!
