Phase 1 SEO

We offer a web service ([login to view URL]) for automatically creating custom marketing PDF publications from e-commerce and other databases. These publications include flyers, brochures, and catalogs. I wish to put an SEO program in place. We are running Joomla 1.5.15.

This first project is only to identify the search terms and put a monitoring system in place. I am not looking right now for assistance in helping our ranking -- that will come in the future phases.

The scope of this first phase project is as follows:

1. Recommend the top 100 search terms that relate to custom flyer, custom brochure, and custom catalog. Recommendations should be based on frequency of the search terms and their relevance to our site. I am also looking for instructions on how you obtained the frequency information.

Some keyword ideas are as follows

- custom flyer

- custom flyers

- designing flyers

- make your own flyer

- design your own flyer

- create catalog from database

- design brochure

etc.

2. Recommend a tool or service that will allow us to easily track our ranking with respect to each of these terms on Google. Ideally it would also track Bing and Yahoo. We already have iJoomla SEO installed. However, either I don't know how to use it or it is worthless. I suspect I need some kind of external service to do this tracking. We are willing to pay for this service, but want good value.

3. Get us set up with this service - or explain how I do it myself.
