I have developed a website - [login to view URL] using wordpress with yoast SEO setup.
The aim of the site is to provide some guidance for entry level freelance workers (contractors) in PPI / similar industries that want to get more senior roles in the Financial Services Industry. There are no real competitor sites out there at the moment, which makes my life easier. You're not competing against the giants of the Financial Services industry, I have a very niché site that should attract specific people that are searching for relevant keywords.
I would like to monetise this through ppc (need help with this although my developer has informed me that we have enabled adsense) and referral revenue (services heading on the site). My target audience are people that want to get into contracting and existing contractors that are new to the industry and looking to progress. My site provides them with a summary of the best route to take, as well as some other industry insights (in a blog format) and useful services.
The referrals are from the services section. I may offer other companies in the future, but at the moment I'm eager to keep their options limited to show that I am referring something I believe in rather trying to generate as much revenue as possible.
I've run a few SEO analysis functions on the site and I can see that I need to do quite a lot of work, but I don't really have the time. Budget wise, this is a small website that I'm aiming to use to produce some passive income therefore I cannot afford to spend a large amount on an SEO campaign. Therefore I would like to pay a fixed price for your work over a set period of time with aftercare.

I am looking for an SEO expert to do the following:
Phase 1 (3 days max)
+ Analyse my website
+ Write a report to me summarising what should be done to optimise it for SEO and to maximise PPC revenue through google adsense
+ Following your consultation, I will agree on how to progress
Phase 2 (1 week max)
+ Implement the agreed recommendations
+ Work the SEO magic i.e. back links, optmise the website (titles, keywords etc) and whatever else it takes to get me on the first page of google
Phase 3 (TBA)
+ Review the impact of the work done
+ Do any additional work to boost page ranking
