Australia Social Media Marketing Guru for UK Footwear Brand

We are a footwear brand based in the UK and are currently expanding our overseas market. We have a strong web business in the UK and have just launched a specific e-commerce website for Australia (with a warehouse in Australia to facilitate fast delivery) and are doing the same for USA in January.
We are looking for a social media marketing guru who can boost our social presence in Australia and drive website traffic and, in turn, conversions. You must have an indepth knowledge of the Australia social media landscape and have a proven track record of delivery social media campaigns that show a positive ROI.
We are in the process of developing our social media marketing strategy and would like your expert involvement within that, however, whilst this is in progress, we'd like to hit the ground running and to spend a short amount of time building our Australia following and tapping into that to drive targeted traffic to our website. We would like to take the two weeks prior to Christmas to put this to the test with the sole objective of meeting our brand awareness and conversation targets (don't worry, we're starting from the ground up, so these targets are conservative!).
This may include content management (we have a lot of assets we can use), engagement with influencers, paid for advertising to the right audiences and remarketing.
