We want 1,000,000 daily active users of our toolbar, which is a free download.
Users can be worldwide, but we would like to have at least 30% of active users to be based in the United States,United Kingdom,Canada,Australia.
Be clear on how you will promote downloads and users, we are looking for creative marketing strategies that use several methods.
We will make the tracking reports available to the winner so that they may see how many users the toolbar has on a bi-weekly basis.

The winning bid will be paid in the following schedule. Don't bid if you're not comfortable with it.
50,000 active daily users : 10% of bid
150,000 active daily users`15% of bid
500,000 active daily users 20% of bid
750,000 active daily users 20% of bid
1,000,000 active daily users 35% of bid
We structure it this way as we imagine it may take some time to reach the 1 million.
Daily active users is the key term here (oh yes, our tracking software tells us where, who, how long, even the ip address, so no funny business). Download volume will not count. The daily active users are clearly tracked via the reporting system that we will be sharing with you.
