Summary of works to be undertaken:

New server running windows standard 2016 to be commissioned by CM Computer Services)

New active directory to be created.

Active directory users - 10

Roaming profile for each of the 10 users (any user to log into any workstation within the office and see there desktop, autocad settings, email mapped drives, printers, desktop etc)

New server to be setup as a printer server for to printers

3 mapped shared drives (projects directory, shared directory and home directory).

New ip address and subnet range to be allocated to server within the current ip range of router.

Reconfiguration of existing workstations to join new AD directory.

Current emails are external hosted using Melbourne IT - exchange based. All workstations have outlook 2013 client installed.

Group policy to be created for mapped drives, printers and roaming profiles.

Note:

Cutover of new directory and copy of existing data from old server to new server will be performed on a Saturday.

Configuration of new server with the above can be done via teamviewer anytime throughout the day.

Existting server to remain active for a period of time.
