psd to html coder (bootstrap)

Need some high quality psd to bootstrap html coder for my huge volume of upcoming project. Will select 2/3 best coder for my future work.

Requirement for each project:

1. Use bootstrap latest.

2. Less use div (properly set up cols)

3. Need to use these properly (please use html5 elements in proper ways)

4. For slider prefer to use bootstrap default slider an many as possible or custom hand code slider, rather than use any plugin. As those have some copyright issue

5. every js plugin if you use - documentation to plugin must be sent in a text file. plugin without documnetation (means from where you use this plugin so can verify it free or paid)- don't use it

as a start

6. Must check all hidden layer in psd as I send high quality well organized psd file.

7. Must review your work properly before sent. So than when i check get less review

8. Time is main issue , so have to maintain time-frame

9. Last point is below maximum width site will fluid base. So i need all section will scale down properly.

NB: You must be a good listener and follow my instruction about coding line by line.
