Basic Goal of web service is to capture information - store in database - to be presented via RSS & XML - to Manage the RSS information and related client app data. The website (announce2desktop dot com) has a rough design with some functionality. This was/is a proof of concept. Now, I want the actual service built based on MVC in php. I want to keep the general design, but make it more professional.
User stories for development and each sprint are on the site and will be separate project/payment. It would be helpful if you are familiar with Flash & RSS.
Take a look before bidding. The first sprint will be to mimic the site, improve the current layout and provide creation of an announcement. You are bidding of the first sprint. Subsequent sprints will add functionality as specified in the user-stories.
