Newsletter expert or campaign specialist needed

We are looking for a dedicated expert that takes care of our newsletter design, copywrite and mailing list. We have chosen to use Mailjet, but we are open for other platforms. The newsletter must be responsive in English and translated in to French, German and Italian. The chosen person must have the ability to work independently and to create banners and content for the newsletter based on the sources we provide; the content will be based on offers and/or new products and technologies.

The newsletter targets business customers (B2B) and will be sent to the segmented groups by region, language and company industry.

This is a recurring project; therefore, we need the freelancer to make the offer on a monthly rate.

The newsletter must be sent at least once a month, preferably every two weeks, we will provide the source of the information.

We will require the PSD and the HTML version for the newsletter, the HTML version will be used for the Web version.

There is the possibility in the future to add and setup specific landing pages for the newsletter.

Freelancers based in Europe are preferred.
