"Material UI" face lift for my single-page bootstrap website, and form validation (web design)

I have a bootstrap single-page website which is mostly a "contact us" landing page. I'd like it to get a "Material UI" face lift applied to it. I have webdesign experience myself, but I don't have the time to mess with it and troubleshoot. I also need my contact us form's user input validation to work, as well as the success/fail modals to work.
