I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I need an online NDA signing website built- this website will allow any users to upload and or build their non-disclosure documents. From there they will be able to send email notifications to the parties that need to sign it.

This website needs to have a handful of functions, first I need the landing page/information based website built, from their users will need to sign up for the service,.

Within the backend of this website, users will need to have the ability to upload their documents and or create their own documents and then I sign areas that need signatures and or initials. We need these signatures and initials to document and record IP address, time, location and all other relative information
