High-level Requirements:
1. Background of header should include high resolution photos of downtown Oklahoma City.
2. Parallax scrolling and 3D effects will be used from beginning to end in order to keep the user engaged. The designer should use expert judgement to determine the point at which this effect distracts the user from the content.

5. Color palette - will be provided with logo but flexible to other ideas. Bold colors are preferred.
6. Text to Graphics ratio - many of the sites you will see by following the links I've provided contain an overwhelming amount of text. I want this site to present short, concise, bullet points, on the one-page site and link to detailed, more wordy descriptions at another URL. Infographics and other text/graphic combinations should be used to quickly convey service offerings and business information of the one-page site.
