Wordpress Quick Fix

I'm currently looking for a wordpress developer that is proficient in using plugins. I need to adjust my optin form size inside of my video header. It is showing full width right now.

I'm currently using ninja forms for this.

I will also need a viral share page to be created. This will be for a kickstarter campaign so overall, the site needs to function like this:

1. A person comes to the landing page (already created, just needs minor adjustments to optin box)

2. Fill out email

3. Page redirects to social share page (facebook, twitter and google plus)

4. When people share a link, which will be the original landing page

This is the functionality I am needing. Please share relevant pages that you've created like this.

Also include 'im sharing' in your job proposal so that I know you actually read what I am looking for.

I am only interested in people that has done landing pages like this before. Please make sure to include the cost for this.
