PHP/MYSQL Web Coder for simple CMS website (Phase 2)

Stage 2 will need the following added features:

User groups (admin set, add, remove, list groups as needed) (admin, staff, user)

Menu/Page setting for what group or subscription level needed. Should be able to choose any or all allowed. Open Page (All can see), Registration required, Subscription required, Group(s) Required.

Paypal IPN Basic – The only time the site uses the paypal ipn is when cash or points are purchased the rest of the system should be in system transactions from the account table. Ability to add funds to account on website. Need small shop like setup for this to allow different denominations. I.E. buy 100 points/credits/crowns for $5, 250 points for $10. If set cash, it sets cash amount in crowns field, otherwise it uses points. Need to be able to set various payment item options.

Basic store feature that allows the purchase of Subscription, Advertising and Account Level.

Banner/Advertising Feature (reoccurring, monthly, semi-annual, annual. Date Set for expire, if expired or not paid by date then deactivate, if set reoccurring and amount isn’t in the account, notify user). Block Design for placement of banners by default. Top, Right Side, Left Side, Center, Footer. (On/Off for display) Random Banner rotating or static.

Donate Feature (Tied to paypal IPN, Donation Button Block, list of who gave what on donation page. Does not use the account settings, all transactions are cash). Ability to turn on and off as needed.

Subscription Status (length of time (monthly,quarterly,semiannually, annually, lifetime), (adjusting account_table). Date Set for expire, if expired or not paid by date then deactivate). Need to be able to set the length of time & cost of subscription (points or cash value).

Admin Dashboard for Paypal Items for logs and records and ability to edit as needed for all paypal settings. Setting for Cash or Points system, and what the name of the points are called if point system chosen. I.E. points, crowns, credits, diamonds, etc.

Clean up phase 1 as needed.
