Build a Website - Repost - open to bidding

Hi,

I would like to develop a website for my engineering service company.

What I would like you to do it .

a) you have to identify how to buy a website with cheap price (or) free of cost for at least one or two year.

b) You need to do a logo based on my inputs ( This is very very simple logo who has good knowledge in logo design this is very very easy one)

c) I will give you the picture and text based on that you need to create/build the website.

My budget is limited $20 to $25.

Please note if you cant do this within my specified budget please don't bid.

The winning bidder needs to sign a non disclosure agreement (NDA) to start the project.
