I need a name and a logo ( letterhead, business cards etc) for a new legal firm.
I currently run a debt collection agency in Melbourne, Australia. We collect debts Australia-wide. We specialise in insurance claims recoveries. At the moment, we outsource our legal work to legal firms.
I am looking at setting up my own legal firm. It's called an incorporated legal practice. It will be a completely separate company, set up from scratch.
I would like it to be a completely separate entity from my debt collection company.
The purpose of setting up the legal firm is so that we can send legal letters of demand to debtors right around Australia. We will also be issuing matters in Victoria, but perhaps setting up interstate down the track.
I may also do a lot of the legals online, so I need the new company to have a very futuristic, "online" feel. Eventually I would like to market the legal firm as being an online company and provide legal letters of demand and legal services online and DIY legal services, that customers will be able to access online, through our website, or software.
I need someone to come up with a name for the company, also a logo, letterhead and design for business cards.
I would prefer to have the word "legal" in the name somewhere.
An example would be "ABC Legal".
Usually, a legal firm has the names of the partners of the firm. E.g. Slater Gordon Lawyers.
I don't want the name to be anything to do with me or my current company. I would like the name to be very simple to pronounce and to spell.
I was thinking of "ABC Legal" but this is a little too simple and does not convey the futuristic feel or a sense of "new age" or being an "online legal service".
I hope this is enough information.
