we search for a very experienced plugin developer for implementing one plugin for multiple browsers
support required (in decreasing priority)
- chrome
- firefox
- edge (shall not be that tricky due to chrome)
- safari
- chromium (shall not be that tricky due to chrome)
For this an existing plugin has to be analyzed ( [login to view URL] )
The extension shall do the same as it does but additionally calculating the sqm price
and highlighting hits which meet some criteria which can be configured.
MS1:
(chrome only)
- implement scraper and store data into clean structured typescript objects (in memory and with NO plain arrays)
- implement a new field to show: rent/m² (as label on the image)
... calculated by = price / living room (see example: [login to view URL] )
... add icon "R" and value afterwards
MS2:
- implement a new field to show: price/m²
... calculated by = purchase price / living room (see example: [login to view URL] )
... add icon "L" and value afterwards
- implement a new field to show: property price/m²
... calculated by = purchase price / property m² (see example: [login to view URL] )
... add icon "P" and value afterwards
MS3:
(chrome only)
- highlight the properties which are commission free with light red
- highlight the properties which are sold private with strong red
MS4:
from now on we require to persist the prior in memory typescript objects to an api
- post the collected and calculated data incl. URL to a rest api
MS5:
- port to firefox too
MS6:
- port to edge too
MS-later (not part of this bid)
- provide changes
- implement for other browsers too
- your formula to answer: 24/8
- obfuscate final code
Budget
will not be disclosed, place best bid to get considered
Delivery:
- in our git (access will be shared after award)
- clean coding in terms of typescipt & javascript common coding standards
- available unit tests, to run tests for backend calls
- tested on your end before reporting done
- tested and working on our end too
Outlook:
- if you do a good job, we can move on here with an hourly job
- this milestones are to verify if you are a credible developer in terms of schedules and in terms of effort required
