Access to my Google+ page

I need help to access my custom Google+ page https://plus.google.com/+MartenPitts

I need to edit the information there

I have a personal and a custom page as well as a company page.

I can access my personal profile page and my company page using my standard Gmail log in but not the custom page I authorized.
