Secured Voting via Ethereum and Facial Recognition

I'm aiming to fortify election security using an Ethereum-based voting system with facial recognition. This tool will be available to the general public; anyone should be able to use it. I am specifically interested in:

- Facial recognition: This feature should accurately authenticate voter identities to minimize any potential electoral fraud.

- Encrypted and transparent voting process: Every vote cast should be encrypted for security reasons and there needs to be transparency in the voting process to reinforce trust in the system.

- Real-time results tracking: I want a feature that allows everyone to monitor election results in real time. This can help keep the situation transparent and everyone informed.

Ideal candidates for this project would be acquainted with Ethereum, smart contracts, facial recognition technologies and blockchain-based app development. Experience in building secure systems for sensitive information is essential.
